- Q: What are your opening hours?
A: The warehouse opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9AM to 5PM. We are a family business and only a phone call away. Calls will be taken between 8.00am and 8.00pm
- Q: Are prices subject to VAT?
A: All prices are inclusive of VAT. The price you see is what you pay.
- Q: How do I start trading?
A: It couldn't be simpler. Red Rose can offer all the help and advice you need to get your business started.
- Q: Can my order be delivered ?
A: Delivery is priced on request by our courier,no minimum order.
- Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, cheque & the Following Debit & Credit cards:- Visa,Mastercard,Maestro,Solo,JCB & Visa Electron.
- Q: I have seen pallets on the web site I would like to purchase, how do I do that?
A: Please phone us quoting the pallet numbers you've seen on the web site or simply add to your shopping cart and buy on line. We can arrange payment & delivery/collection.
